In cold winter of many regions, it’s hard to start the engine because of thermal contraction and the machine will get seriously damaged if started in cold environment. Therefore, the operating life of engine will get reduced. A research shows that the wear to the engine caused by one cold start equals that caused by 200-kilo running. Now, an engine heater can make the vehicle start easily in cold winter, and can reduce 65% emission of exhaust as well as the cold start wear.
