Frequently Asked Questions

Will it fit my ATV, UTV, or snowmobile?

It fits any liquid-cooled ATV, UTV, or snowmobile with a 5/8" (16mm), 3/4" (19mm), or 1" (25mm) coolant hose — copper adapters are included in the box. Not sure? Email us at info@vvkb.com before ordering.

How long does installation take?
Most riders complete installation in under 45 minutes with basic tools. No mechanic needed.

How long before I drive — do I plug it in overnight?
You only need 30 minutes. Plug it in before you get ready, and your engine is warm by the time you head out.

Will it work in -40°F / -40°C weather?
Yes. The Titan-P1 is designed for extreme cold and works effectively in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C).

Does it affect my cooling system?
No. The Titan-P1 connects in series with your coolant hose. There is no resistance inside the heater, so your cooling system performance is not affected.

How do I attach the copper adapters?

Thread the copper adapter directly onto the Titan-P1's 16mm port by hand, then wrap the thread once with PTFE tape to seal it. No tools needed. Once attached, connect your coolant hose to the adapter

Which wattage should I choose?

1000W works for most ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. Choose 1500W for larger engines or temperatures below -20°F (-29°C). 2000W is available on the 230V version only — suited for large displacement engines in extreme cold.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund. The heater must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

What if my heater develops a fault?

All Vvkb engine block heaters come with a 1-year warranty. If your heater isn't working as expected, contact our support team — we'll walk you through a few quick diagnostic checks first. Most issues turn out to be installation-related and can be resolved in minutes. If the tests confirm a hardware fault, we'll ship you a replacement unit directly at no charge.

Titan-P1 Internal Structure

The Titan-P1 packages the heating tube, magnetic pump, and thermostat into one compact unit. The pump circulates heated coolant through your entire engine block — not just near the heater — so your engine warms up evenly.

Connect the Titan-P1 in series into your coolant hoses, with the outlet facing toward the engine. The heater has no internal flow resistance, so it won't affect your cooling system's ability to dissipate heat once the engine is running.

Titan-P1 Dimensions

The Titan-P1's standard port is 5/8" (16mm). If your ATV, UTV, or snowmobile runs 3/4" or 1" coolant hoses, we include adapter fittings — 16mm to 19mm and 16mm to 25mm — so you can match your hose diameter. You'll connect the adapters to the heater ports yourself before installation.

Titan-P1 Inlet & Outlet Ports

Connect the inlet to your coolant return line and make sure the outlet faces upward. Getting this orientation right is the single most important step — it lets air bubbles escape and keeps the heater running without issues.
