This page explains who owns the material on www.rvheater.com, what a brand name means when it appears next to one of our products, and how to reach us if you believe something here infringes your rights.
1. What belongs to us
The text, product photographs, diagrams, installation drawings, page layout and source code on this site are ours, or are used by us under licence.
You may read them, print them for your own use, and link to any page here. You may not copy our photographs or product descriptions onto another shop, marketplace listing or catalogue, and you may not use them to sell a different product.
Vvkb is our own brand. The Vvkb name and logo may not be applied to goods we did not make.
2. Trademarks that belong to other companies
Some product names, part listings and compatibility notes on this site refer to brands we have nothing to do with.
None of the products sold on this site are supplied by, endorsed by, or affiliated with those brands. Every trademark named here stays the property of its owner. We name a brand only to show what a product is compatible with. If a rights holder objects to any use on this site, contact us and we will deal with it.
A listing that reads "exhaust pipe for [brand]" or "glow plug suitable for [brand]" is a statement about fit. It is not a claim that the part came from that manufacturer, was approved by them, or carries their warranty.
3. What "compatible" does and does not mean
Compatibility is real on consumables and often false on complete units. That distinction is worth understanding before you order.

Exhaust stub diameter is the most common trap. Two heaters can look identical and still use different stub sizes, so a pipe that fits one will not seal on the other.
Mounting footprint is the second. A unit that is 15.5 inches long will not drop into a hole cut for one that is 16.65 inches long, however similar the two look in photographs.
If you are replacing a part on a heater you did not buy from us, email info@rvheater.com with the model number from the data plate and a photo of the old part. We will tell you whether ours fits, including when the answer is no.
4. Reviews, photos and anything you send us
Reviews and photographs submitted by customers stay the property of the customer who wrote or took them. By posting one on this site, you give us permission to display it here and in our own marketing.
Do not upload material you do not own. If you post someone else's photograph, we will remove it once we know.
5. If you think we have infringed your rights
Email info@rvheater.com with the subject line IP notice and include:
- the page address on this site where the material appears
- which trademark, image, text or design you say is affected
- proof that you own it or act for the owner
- what you want us to do about it
We answer IP notices within five business days. Where a complaint is clear, we take the material down first and discuss it afterwards.
6. If you think someone is copying us
Our product photographs and descriptions turn up on other shops fairly often. If you have seen our material used somewhere it should not be, send us the link at info@rvheater.com. It helps, and we do follow them up.
Frequently asked questions
Are your parts genuine Webasto or Eberspächer parts?
No. We make our own parts and sell them under our own brand. Where a listing says a part fits another manufacturer's heater, that is a statement about dimensions, not about origin or approval. Nothing we sell is supplied by or authorised by those companies.
Your listing says "genuine". Genuine what?
On our site, "genuine" only ever refers to our own part being an original Vvkb component rather than a copy of one. It never means a part was approved by another brand. Listings elsewhere use that word loosely, which is worth knowing when you compare sellers.
Which parts actually cross over between brands, and which do not?
Glow plugs, fuel pumps, fuel line, filters, exhaust pipe, ducting and clamps are usually interchangeable across 2KW to 5KW diesel heaters. Control panels, their cables, mounting plates and complete units are usually not. Exhaust stub diameter and mounting footprint are where lookalike heaters differ most.
How do I know a part will fit my heater?
Find the data plate on the heater body and note the model number. Email info@rvheater.com with that number and a photo of the part you are replacing. We would rather tell you it does not fit than sell you something you have to send back.
Can I use your product photos or descriptions on my own listing?
No, not without written permission. If you are a dealer or an installer and you want images to use, email us and ask. We usually say yes, and we will send you files that are the right size.
I own a trademark and I think this site uses it wrongly. What happens now?
Email info@rvheater.com with the subject line IP notice, the page address, and proof that you own the right. We reply within five business days. Where the complaint is clear, we take the material down first and talk about it afterwards.
Do you sell other brands' heaters?
No. We sell Vvkb heaters and Vvkb parts. Some of those parts happen to fit other manufacturers' units, and we say so where it is true, but we do not stock or resell anyone else's heater.
