Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment.
Delivery time
Some items ship from our US warehouse and arrive faster. Items shipped direct from our factory arrive in approximately 7-12 days after dispatch. If you need to know which applies to your item before you order, email info@vvkb.com with the model number and we will confirm the same day.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $46. Every complete heater on this site is above that threshold, so the price shown on the product page is the price you pay. No freight is added at checkout.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand.
Import duty
Import duty and local taxes, where your country charges them, are not included in the price and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can also track at https://www.rvheater.com/apps/parcelpanel at any time. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 days, email info@vvkb.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
