Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment.
Shipping method
Orders are shipped by international express — FedEx, UPS or DHL — or, for smaller items such as spare parts, by international tracked parcel service. Which one is used depends on your country, the size and weight of the parcel, and where it ships from. All orders travel by air and are delivered to your door, with a tracking number.
Delivery time
If your item is in stock at our US warehouse, it ships from there and usually arrives faster. If it is not, it ships direct from our factory. Orders shipped from the factory usually arrive 7–15 days after dispatch, depending on your country and the shipping service. If you need to know which applies to your item before you order, email info@rvheater.com with the model number and we will confirm the same day.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $46. Every complete heater on this site is above that threshold, so the price shown on the product page is the price you pay. No freight is added at checkout.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand.
Import duty
Import duty and local taxes are not included in the product price. Where your country charges them, they may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Canada: where a duties-paid shipping service is available for your order, we use it. Import duty and taxes are then already paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery, and delivery takes about 12–15 days after dispatch. If duties-paid shipping is not available for your order, it goes by standard international express, and duty and taxes may be collected on delivery as described above.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can also track at https://www.rvheater.com/apps/parcelpanel at any time. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 days, email info@rvheater.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
