1. Who you are dealing with

("we", "us", "our"). Our full registered address is available on request. We design and manufacture heaters for vehicles and machinery under the Vvkb brand, and we sell them direct on this site.
We say this plainly rather than burying it: you are buying from the factory, not from a reseller. That is why the parts are in stock, why the person who answers your email knows what is inside the unit, and why some orders ship from our US warehouse and others ship direct from the factory. Which one applies to your item is set out in our Shipping Policy, and you can ask us before you order.
By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for making sure the product you order is legal to import and to install where you are.
3. Products, descriptions and pricing
We try to describe every product accurately, including its output in kilowatts, its dimensions, and what is in the box. Photographs are representative; small differences in finish, connector type or packaging can occur between production batches.
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import duty or local taxes, which your carrier collects on delivery where your country charges them.
We may change prices, revise specifications, or discontinue a product at any time. If we have already accepted your order, the price you paid stands.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before we do.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be for resale in a territory covered by an existing distribution agreement.
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal. If you cannot find a card entry field at checkout, email info@vvkb.com and we will send you a payment link the same day.
5. Shipping
Processing times, delivery times, shipping costs, the countries we ship to, and import duty are set out in our Shipping Policy at www.rvheater.com/policies/shipping-policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return window is 30 days from delivery. The full terms, including who pays return shipping and what cannot be returned, are set out in our Refund Policy at www.rvheater.com/policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these terms.
Please email info@vvkb.com before sending anything back. In most fault cases we resolve the problem by shipping you a part, and the heater stays on your vehicle.
7. Warranty
Every heater we sell carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Extended cover can be purchased separately where we offer it.
The warranty covers the product. It does not cover labour, removal and refitting, loss of use, or any other consequential cost.
The warranty does not apply where the fault is caused by:
installation that does not follow our manual — in particular a fuel line routed so that it traps air, an exhaust run longer than specified, or an air intake with less clearance than the manual requires;
cutting power to the heater while it is running, instead of letting it complete its shutdown cycle;
use of fuel, coolant or parts other than those specified;
accident, freezing, flooding, corrosion, or modification of the unit.
To make a claim, email info@vvkb.com with your order number and a photograph or short video of the problem.
8. Installation and safety
This is the section that matters most, so please read it.
Our combustion heaters burn diesel or gasoline and produce exhaust gas containing carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is colourless, odourless and can kill.
You must install and operate every heater in accordance with the manual supplied with it and with the law and standards that apply where you are. Combustion heaters must be installed so that the exhaust is discharged safely outside the occupied space, with all joints sealed and the exhaust routed away from air intakes, windows and vents.
We strongly recommend that installation in a living space, a boat, or any enclosed cabin is carried out by a qualified installer, and that a working carbon monoxide alarm is fitted in that space.
Portable heaters must not be used inside a sealed cabin, a boat, or a dwelling.
Our products are not designed or approved for use in aircraft, in medical or life-support applications, in fire pumps, or in classified hazardous areas. Do not use them for those purposes.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under any law that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Your use of the site
You may not use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload malware, to scrape or copy our content for a competing catalogue, or to interfere with the security of the site.
All text, photographs, drawings and product content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
10. Third-party content and links
Some pages link to other websites, including forums, video platforms and our own vvkb.com site. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Product reviews are written by customers. We do not edit or remove reviews because they are unfavourable.
11. Errors
Occasionally information on this site may contain a typographical error, an outdated specification, or an inaccuracy. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information at any time without notice. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before doing anything.
12. Disclaimer and limit on our liability
We provide the site and its content on an "as is" basis.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use of a vehicle, downtime, or the cost of alternative heating.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent that jurisdiction permits. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of a product.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, war, epidemic, or the failure of a supplier.
15. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
16. Governing law, and where a dispute is dealt with
If you are buying as a consumer, we do not ask you to give up your home courts or your home consumer law. You keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there. We will not argue that you should have to travel or litigate abroad over a heater.
In practice, almost every problem is solved by email. Write to info@vvkb.com with your order number. If we cannot agree, you also have the payment dispute process offered by PayPal or your card issuer, and, if you are in the EU, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Wenzhou, Zhejiang have jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. We will update the date at the top when we change anything.
